Join Sound Precision Entertainment and Cuff Link Media at the upcoming Today’s Bride show where you can interact with more than 60 Northeast Ohio wedding vendors to find exactly what you need for your big day. The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 10, from noon to 4 p.m. at Embassy Suites Cleveland – Rockside, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd N., Independence, OH 44131. Be sure to stop by our booth to say hi!

We know a bridal show can be overwhelming so take advantage of our years of experience with this list of dos and don’ts, which will ensure you have the best experience possible!

DO get your tickets for FREE.

Stop by SPE, 4908 Van Epps Road, Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131, during normal business hours, 10 a.m to 5 p.m., to receive FREE tickets to the show! This saves you $15 at the door or $10 online for each ticket!

DON’T miss out on the exhibits.

Keep an eye out for the Inspiration Galleries, which include gowns, décor, reception tables, photography, flowers and cakes. Also be sure to visit the talented artists from It’s Artsee Live, who will demonstrate interactive painting, the professionals at Sunshine of Ohio for a complimentary ring cleaning and the always-popular ring selfie station! You can also stop by the beauty bar for a wedding day trial hairstyle and makeup application from Paul Mitchell The School Cleveland and get help writing your vows with Cuffed4Life. Last but not least, don't miss the decorate-your-own-cake-pop booth by Daisy Cakes Cake Pops!

DO bring a close friend or family member.

Bring trusted advisors or two to help you navigate the show. These people can help you take pictures of cakes, dresses, table settings, etc. and jot down notes as you’re talking to vendors. Just remember that there is such a thing as too many cooks in the kitchen! Limit your group to a select few to avoid too many overwhelming opinions.

DON’T forget to use your freebies.

DO take advantage of the extras.

Show off your status with a “bride-to-be” sash! For just $5 each, rock your sash around the show and complete your look with “bride tribe” sashes for all your girls. These are great to reuse for your shower or bachelorette party!
Additionally, for $9, you can snag a signature drink and keep the glass!

DON’T attend if you’re not feeling well.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 is still a worry. Please take your temperature before attending the event and stay home if you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms. Also, please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19. Stay safe out there!

They were very thorough in making sure our day looked how we wanted it to. On the actual wedding day, they kept our reception lively and on time! They were able to read the crowd well and with our recommendations in mind. I was so worried our wedding would have an empty dancefloor considering the big age range and being hard to appeal to lots of generations, but th did so seamlessly. After a lot of shopping around during wedding planning, I believe the price of their services is of good value. As an add-on, I also opted to do uplighting. This was battery powered and had dynamic color-changing. The battery powered part is important for older venues that may not have as many outlets, and also avoids the trip hazard of too many wires on the floor. All and all 10/10 experience. Thank you!

We did our engagement photos and our wedding day photos with Cufflink Media and they did a great job with taking her time to understand what we wanted as a couple for the photos. All the photographers and videographers for the day of the wedding were great with communicating throughout the whole day both with eachother and us. The djs had the dance floor rocking all night!!! Do you offer Photo & Video?

Absolutely! While our DJs are pretty talented, we’ve learned it’s probably best if they stick to mixing music instead of trying to balance a camera while running the dance floor. 😅

For photo & video, we proudly partner with Cufflink Media — an incredible team that shares the same energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that we’re known for. Together, we help create a seamless wedding experience so your biggest moments not only feel unforgettable in the moment, but look incredible for years to come.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with Cufflink Media, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.
