Join Sound Precision Entertainment and Cuff Link Photography at the upcoming Today’s Bride show where you can interact with Northeast Ohio wedding vendors to find exactly what you need for your big day. The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Embassy Suites Cleveland – Rockside, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd N., Independence, OH 44131. Be sure to stop by our booth to say hi!

We know a bridal show can be overwhelming, especially due to COVID-19, so take advantage of our years of experience with this list of dos and don’ts, which will ensure you have the best experience possible!

DO  purchase your tickets online.

This year, due to COVID-19 precautions, ALL tickets will be sold online. You cannot buy tickets at the door. General admission price is $7. You must choose an entrance time, as well (by the half hour). Admission is limited to parties of 4 or less. All tickets are non-refundable. There will be no more than 200 attendees at a time.

DON’T go in blind.

It’s a good idea to do some research beforehand. If you already have some vendors in mind, check the exhibitor list (right side of the page) to see if they’ll be there. List your must-see booths and cross them off as you visit them to ensure you hit each one. Remember that traffic is one way this year so please take your time and move in the right direction.

DO  purchase the mystery bride swag bag.

Please take your temperature before attending the event and stay home if you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms. Also, please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19. Today’s Bride will also temperature screen attendees prior to entrance to the show.

DON’T attend if you’re not feeling well.

You’re most likely not going to find everything you need at one show. But keep in mind that even if you don’t find a single vendor, at least you’ll have gotten some ideas and inspiration for what you want or do not want. And if you happen to forget something, don’t sweat it! You can always follow up with either the show or the vendor and get the information later.

DO  bring a close friend or family member.

Bring a trusted advisor or two to help you navigate the show. These people can help you take pictures of cakes, dresses, table settings, etc. and jot down notes as you’re talking to vendors. Just remember that group size is limited to four people this year.

DON’T  forget to use your freebies.

All registered brides receive a free tote bag that includes an issue of Today’s Bride magazine, a gift card for a free custom print or personalized gift from Symbolizeit.com and a gift card for a free set of wedding bands from JVL Jewelry. These are great deals so don’t forget to use them!

You may also receive discounts from vendors. Check your stash before booking to ensure you get the best deal!

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
