Cleveland’s beer industry dates back to the founding of the city itself – two breweries appear in the first city directory published in 1837-38, according to Case Western Reserve University’s Encyclopedia of Cleveland History.
Now, Cleveland is home to many more breweries that are scattered across the city proper and its surrounding suburbs. Whether you’re a beer snob, historian or just someone who loves to explore cool Cleveland locations, we’ve picked five breweries from around town that are perfect locations for engagement photo pictures.
