The Lantern Room is an elegant event space on the sixth floor rooftop of Church + State, a luxury apartment building in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood . The venue conveys a modern aesthetic but also features vintage and industrial accents to honor the legacy of the historic neighborhood, according to The Lantern Room’s website.
The Lantern Room features more 3,000 square feet of interior space with high ceilings and picture windows, providing beautiful natural light, and more than 6,500 square feet of exterior wraparound deck space overlooking downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie. The dog-friendly venue also features a large flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art sound system, beautiful foliage, an outdoor fire pit and a large pool.
The venue can accommodate 130 seated guests indoors and 220 outdoors, according to its website. Tenting is available.
Additionally, a fully furnished apartment on the fifth floor is available as a bridal suite for getting ready or overnight stays.
The Lantern Room works with Spice Catering to create a customized meal plan that can include everything from a formal plated dinner or casual buffet. It will also customize a bar layout and cocktail plan for the event.
Rates include $3,500 for Fridays, $4,500 for Saturdays, $3,000 for Sundays and $2,000 for weekdays, the website states.
The Lantern Room is available for tours Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and weekends by appointment.
