One of the hottest new event spaces in the Greater Cleveland area, Red Space is a flexible, customizable venue that will provide a unique wedding experience for you and your guests. There are three different levels, both indoor and outdoor, that the venue can connect for large events or separate for more intimate occasions. Red Frame’s spaces include:
Grand Warehouse:
The is the main space and features more than 8,000 square feet, as well as 15-foot ceilings. Seating capacity is 450, while standing capacity is 700. Large windows allow sunlight to come in during the day and views of the starry sky at night. Rental includes 60-inch round tables and white Simon chairs, guest experience managers who provide a hospitality and security presence, janitorial services during and after the event, vendor assistance and WiFi access. The Grant Warehouse also features an AudiMute Sound Panel Absorption system, a DMX-connected LED lighting system, smart bulbs combined with LED-backlit sound panels, wireless mics and a high-tech HVAC system. Garage doors in the rear of the facility provide easy access for setup and teardown, and a gated dock area is perfect for smoking. Red Space partners with The Driftwood Group for catering services but also allows couples to bring in their own caterer.
Gallery:
Featuring works from nationally and regionally known artists, the Gallery is the perfect space for smaller events. This area is also connected to the front entrance reception/lobby and features a sign-in wall with tens of thousands of signatures, including celebrities! With 1,560 square feet of space, the Gallery can accommodate 50 seated guests or 150 standing guests. It is included when renting the Grand Warehouse and also open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Rooftop:
The 2,400-square-foot Rooftop houses a wet bar, fire pit and sound system and is attached to the 1,700-square-foot, covered, two-story Rooftop Loft for both indoor and outdoor space. Featuring city views and sunsets, the Rooftop seats 150 guest and can accommodate 180 standing guests.
Social Lofts:
Consisting of two private rooms on the second floor that can be joined, the Social Lofts are most often used for small affairs. Social Loft No. 1 has a wet bar, fireplace, television, various seating areas and audio system. Social Loft No. 2 has a small stage. Featuring 1,485-2,685 square feet of space, as well as WiFi, the Social Lofts can accommodate 120 to 220 people.
Connected Parking Lot:
Red Space’s connected parking lot features 19,152 feet of gated space. It is ideal for tents, food trucks or even pools! There is also parking across the street from the building.
