Located on the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s Flats, the Music Box Supper Club is not just a place to see your favorite concerts or grab a bite to eat. The entertainment venue also hosts weddings ceremonies, receptions and showers, as well as corporate and other private events.
Choose from four different options to customize the perfect venue for your special day: the Supper Club, Private Dining Room & Mezzanine, Rooftop Deck or Concert Hall:
- Supper Club: This first-floor room is perfect for a larger event, as it can accommodate 250 seated guests or 500 standing. It features a full stage, high-end sound system, multiple TV screens and easy-to-add projection screen for all your audio/visual needs, as well as a full bar and riverfront deck with tables and chairs.
- Private Dining Room & Mezzanine: Located on the first floor of the Music Box, you can transform this room to fit your theme or decor. With excellent views of the Supper Club stage and separate loge access, this room accommodates 100 seated guests or 150 standing.
- Rooftop Deck: Perfect for those warm-weather months, the Rooftop Deck on the second floor of the Music Box showcases the venue’s stunning river and lake views. With a small stage and separate public address system for music, the deck can be tented in the event of inclement weather! The Rooftop Deck accommodates 120 seated guests or 250 standing.
- Concert Hall: The most popular room for weddings and events alike, the second-floor Concert Hall boasts a full stage, high-end sound system and multiple screen projection system to ensure your music and visuals are top-notch. With a private suite that includes a bathroom and shower, separate kitchen and automatic blinds and curtains, this room is the creme de la creme of the Music Box. Oh, and did we mention it provides direct access to the Rooftop Deck? The Concert Hall accommodates 380 seated guests or 800 standing.
The Music Box Supper Club offers three wedding packages at different price points to accommodate any bride or budget. Each package includes access to a wedding planner, tables and chairs, glassware and flatware, sound and lighting, projectors, screens, votive candles, standard black linen napkins, cake cutting and coat check. You also have access to the rooftop or riverfront decks and a private bridal suite.
The venue also provides catering through Chef Dennis Devies, who will prepare your food to your specifications, including vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals. The Music Box sources its food locally through sustainable and ethical resources when possible and offers premium and standard open bar packages.
