At Greystone Hall, a historic 1917 structure built by the Freemasons, you’re sure to find a space to fit your wedding needs. The seven-story stone venue located in Akron has nine rooms and its sixth and seventh floors are home to the Ohio Shakespeare Festival.
The first-floor lobby features elegant marble walls and floors, and the grand staircase leading to the second floor provides a stunning opportunity for photographs.
There are three rooms on the second floor:
- The Barrister’s Lounge, which includes a fireplace and 20-foot bar, and the Billiards Room, which is accessible through a set of adjacent double French doors. These two rooms accommodate more intimate functions from 50 to 80 people.
- The two-story Grand Ballroom, which includes large windows, a tiered balcony staircase ascending to the third floor above and ornate decor. This room accommodates large functions of about 200 guests.
The third floor offers a bird’s eye view of the ballroom and boasts a newly furnished sitting parlor, separate dining in the Garden Room and a multi-purpose suite for bridal party use.
The fourth floor includes the Egyptian Room and the Doric Room. Both are unique locations that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Greystone Hall provides comprehensive event planning and personalized menu consultation and development with experienced and dedicated staff.
