The Belarusan Event Center on Webster Road in Strongsville is a full-service catering and event facility that can accommodate up to 300 guests. 

Located on 16 acres, the gorgeous venue was purchased in 1967 and incorporated in 1974 as a place for community center for Belarusan immigrants in the Cleveland area. 

One of the perks of The Belarusan is that it offers comprehensive planning services that include talented event coordinators, seasoned culinary managers and experienced decorators. These professionals work with clients every step of the way by presenting options that fall within their budget while adhering to their vision.

All packages include specialty linens, chair covers and tablecloths; fresh floral centerpieces; choice of table numbers; votives; indoor and outdoor LED colored lights with over 1 million color options; bridal table staging; and backdrops. Couples also have full use of the 6,000-square-foot outdoor entertaining space with kitchen.

Madd Chef’s Richard Cicic works with couples to customize their menu. Gluten-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Dinner includes three entrees, each served with an accompaniment, artisan salads and a variety of bread. And, with every package, guests a charcuterie board and cheese display, including caramel praline baked Brie, freshly baked croustades, artisan bread, hummus with grilled pita bread and an olive and tapas bar. The hall also offers a late-night snack menu.

Cake-cutting is included in every package. Couples provide the alcohol, while the venue provides tonics, club soda, soft drinks, juices and garnishes.

The Belarusan hosts tastings and table-space display sessions prior to the event and takes care of all setup and cleanup.

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
