Join Sound Precision Entertainment at the We Thee Wed show on Sunday, March 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m The event takes place at the Villa Croatia at The American-Croatian Lodge, 34900 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095.

There will be more than 60 wedding professionals at the show, making it the premier east side wedding destination! We Thee Wed limits the number of vendors to create a more intimate experience. Meet florists, bakers, photographers and, of course, DJs! There will also be a fashion show featuring gowns from The Flawless Bride, a plus-size bridal boutique in Fairlawn.  

Admission is free; however, the show will collect donations at the door for Wish Upon a Wedding, which grants wedding “wishes” to couples in need.

The first 100 couples who preregister for the show will receive a canvas swag bag filled with goodies when they sign in. Upgrade to a VIP Swag Bag for only $8 to receive merchandise and coupons worth more than $100, a free drink ticket and two extra entries into the honeymoon giveaway (location TBD).

Attendees also have a chance to win giveaways and the grand prize honeymoon by collecting marks on their floor map. When you arrive at the show, you will receive a floor map showing the locations of spotlight and partner vendors. Stop at their booths and ask them to mark your map. When you fill it up, bring the map to the registration area to enter the giveaways. You must be present to win.

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
