We’ve got the collab the wedding world didn’t know it needed (but absolutely does). It’s Just A Wedding Podcast is teaming up with Bridechilla for a mega crossover episode—recorded at the Sound Precision Entertainment studios on Wednesday, October 30, 2025, and premiering Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET on YouTube and everywhere podcasts are found. Set your reminders, grab a mocktail (or the real deal), and get ready for spicy takes + stress-free wisdom in one bingeable episode.

Why this crossover slaps

  • Humor + hard-earned truths from It’s Just A Wedding Podcast (we’ve seen it all—vendors, venues, and vows included). Expect storytelling with receipts and real talk for couples and pros alike. podparadise.com+3Apple Podcasts+3YouTube+3
  • Legendary planning calm from Bridechilla, a top-rated planning show with a huge back catalog, relaunched under Evergreen Podcasts and now hosted by Leah Haslage—keeping the “ditch the stress” vibes going strong. Evergreen Podcasts+2Bridechilla Wedding Planning+2

Meet the shows (and what they’re bringing)

It’s Just A Wedding Podcast
Chaos, comedy, and candid advice from industry insiders who actually work weddings every week. If your Pinterest board has personally victimized you, you’re in the right place. RSS.com+1

Bridechilla
The OG “breathe, you’ve got this” wedding podcast—practical timelines, thorny family dynamics, body image, vendor strategy, and Monday drops with an emphasis on enjoying your planning. (Yes, really.) Evergreen Podcasts

What we’ll cover in the crossover

  • The no-BS budget blueprint: where couples accidentally overspend—and how to fix it fast.
  • Guest list diplomacy: scripts for “obligation invites,” plus peacekeeping tactics your future self will thank you for.
  • Vendor green flags (and dealbreakers): book like a pro without becoming a spreadsheet goblin.
  • All-inclusive venues, decoded: what’s included, what’s actually extra, and when the package price is a power move. itsjustaweddingpodcast.wordpress.com
  • Timeline zen: ceremony-to-reception flow that keeps photos gorgeous and dance floors packed.
  • Hot takes you’ll argue about in the group chat: we’re going there.

When & where to listen/watch

  • Premiere: Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET
  • Watch: YouTube (both shows have active channels)
  • Listen: Your favorite podcast app—Apple, Spotify, iHeart, etc. (Follow both so the episode auto-lands.) iHeart+3YouTube+3YouTube+3

Do a little pre-game (so you can flex in the comments)

  • Queue a few Bridechilla favorites to see why it’s a long-running fan staple, now under Evergreen’s wing and still all about stress-free planning. Evergreen Podcasts+1
  • Sample It’s Just A Wedding Podcast intros and recent Cleveland-venue deep dives to catch the show’s voice and vibe. Apple Podcasts+1

Bring us your spiciest questions

Drop your Qs about budgeting, tricky family politics, timelines, vendor selection—whatever’s keeping you up at night. We’ll pull from the comment threads and DMs when we record at the SPE Studios on October 30 to get you answers from both sides of the aisle: the “keep it chill” planners and the “we’ve seen everything” storytellers.

TL;DR

Two wedding-podcast heavyweights. One studio. All the tea. November 4, 5:00 PM ET. Don’t just plan it—chill it and slay it. Subscribe/follow now so you don’t miss the drop. YouTube+2YouTube+2

If you want, I can also spin this into a social post set (IG carousel + Reels + LinkedIn blurb) and a YouTube description that matches the blog—just say the word.

F.A.Q.

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
