If you haven’t yet been to one of the Aloft Hotels, you’re in for a treat. These boutique hotels by Marriott are music- and technology-inspired so you never have to worry about finding an outlet to charge your iPod. 

The Cleveland location is located downtown and offers easy access to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Jack Cleveland Casino and dozens of bars and restaurants – a definite bonus for your guests. 

It is a prime destination for weddings and features six different event rooms with 11,922 square feet of total event space so you can choose the area that best fits your needs. At Aloft, you can even mix and match, hosting your ceremony in one room while moving to cocktail hour in another and the formal reception in a third space! The largest room, the ballroom, can seat up to 300 guests. Each room features stylish décor and stunning views of downtown Cleveland. For those interested in outdoor space, there is also a beautiful courtyard overlooking Lake Erie. 

Aloft Cleveland Downtown features catering options that can be customized to fit your specific preferences. And one of the bonuses of hosting your wedding at a hotel is the convenience of room access. Aloft’s trendy rooms feature comfortable signature beds, walk-in showers and custom amenities by Bliss® Spa. All rooms come with plug & play connectivity stations that can charge all your electronics while linking to 42-inch LCD TVs. You may reserve a block of rooms for guests and receive a special group rate.

The Cleveland location also features the W XYZ® bar and Italian restaurant Lago.

They were very thorough in making sure our day looked how we wanted it to. On the actual wedding day, they kept our reception lively and on time! They were able to read the crowd well and with our recommendations in mind. I was so worried our wedding would have an empty dancefloor considering the big age range and being hard to appeal to lots of generations, but th did so seamlessly. After a lot of shopping around during wedding planning, I believe the price of their services is of good value. As an add-on, I also opted to do uplighting. This was battery powered and had dynamic color-changing. The battery powered part is important for older venues that may not have as many outlets, and also avoids the trip hazard of too many wires on the floor. All and all 10/10 experience. Thank you!

We cannot recommend SPE enough!!! From the planning to the actual day of the wedding the  team were so professional and wonderful. We did our engagement photos and our wedding day photos with Cufflink Media and they did a great job with taking her time to understand what we wanted as a couple for the photos. All the photographers and videographers for the day of the wedding were great with communicating throughout the whole day both with eachother and us. The djs had the dance floor rocking all night!!! He knew how to get everyone out there of all ages. The price for what we got was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone getting married you will not be disappointed! Do you offer Photo & Video?

Absolutely! While our DJs are pretty talented, we’ve learned it’s probably best if they stick to mixing music instead of trying to balance a camera while running the dance floor. 😅

For photo & video, we proudly partner with Cufflink Media — an incredible team that shares the same energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that we’re known for. Together, we help create a seamless wedding experience so your biggest moments not only feel unforgettable in the moment, but look incredible for years to come.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with Cufflink Media, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.
