1. Cleveland Museum of Art

While engagement photos are only allowed outside on the museum's grounds, according to the museum website, it is completely worth the trip. The architecture is stunning and includes beautiful granite columns, stunning trees and shrubbery and a tranquil pond.

 

2. Mapleside Farms

Location: 262 Pearl Road, Brunswick, OH 44212

You may know Mapleside Farms as a location for family fun, it is also available for engagement photography. The 122-acre fully functioning apple orchard has many different locations for the perfect rustic backdrop.

 

3. Cleveland Botanical Gardens

Location: 11030 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106

The Cleveland Botanical Gardens is perfect for indoor and outdoor engagement photos. Popular shooting locations include the Japanese Garden, Hosta Hill, the Sunken Garden, the Rose Garden and the tropical Costa Rican biome of the Glasshouse, according to the Gardens' website.

 

4. Cleveland Public Square

Location: W Superior Ave & Ontario St., Cleveland, OH 44113

There are numerous hotels, restaurants and buildings around Public Square that can give your engagement photos an urban vibe. You can even take a walk down to East Fourth Street for beautiful photos underneath the twinkle lights.

 

5. Hale Farm & Village

Location: 2686 Oak Hill Road, Bath, OH 44210

Hale Farm & Village is located on 90 acres in the Cuyahoga Valley with historic structures, farm animals, heritage gardens and more. Photography is typically scheduled after public hours, from 4 p.m. to midnight, but depends on availability, according to the website.

They were very thorough in making sure our day looked how we wanted it to. On the actual wedding day, they kept our reception lively and on time! They were able to read the crowd well and with our recommendations in mind. I was so worried our wedding would have an empty dancefloor considering the big age range and being hard to appeal to lots of generations, but th did so seamlessly. After a lot of shopping around during wedding planning, I believe the price of their services is of good value. As an add-on, I also opted to do uplighting. This was battery powered and had dynamic color-changing. The battery powered part is important for older venues that may not have as many outlets, and also avoids the trip hazard of too many wires on the floor. All and all 10/10 experience. Thank you!

We cannot recommend SPE enough!!! From the planning to the actual day of the wedding the  team were so professional and wonderful. We did our engagement photos and our wedding day photos with Cufflink Media and they did a great job with taking her time to understand what we wanted as a couple for the photos. All the photographers and videographers for the day of the wedding were great with communicating throughout the whole day both with eachother and us. The djs had the dance floor rocking all night!!! He knew how to get everyone out there of all ages. The price for what we got was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone getting married you will not be disappointed! Do you offer Photo & Video?

Absolutely! While our DJs are pretty talented, we’ve learned it’s probably best if they stick to mixing music instead of trying to balance a camera while running the dance floor. 😅

For photo & video, we proudly partner with Cufflink Media — an incredible team that shares the same energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that we’re known for. Together, we help create a seamless wedding experience so your biggest moments not only feel unforgettable in the moment, but look incredible for years to come.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with Cufflink Media, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.
