The Westin Downtown Cleveland is beautiful hotel and wedding venue located in the heart of the city. Guests and couples alike enjoy close access to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center,  Cleveland Convention Center, FirstEnergy Stadium, Quicken Loans Arena, Lake Erie and more. This is perfect for out-of-town guests who want to enjoy the best Cleveland has to offer.

The hotel features one of the largest ballrooms in the city, the Orchild Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 600 wedding guests. For smaller weddings, the hotel offers several rooms with varying occupancy maximums. 

With a wedding at the Westin, you receive a personalized wedding package, discounted rate on guest room blocks and triple Marriott Bonvoy points, according to its website. The ballroom includes audio-visual equipment, including a film projector and screen, LCD projector, microphone and TV.

The Westin features a ceremony area, dressing room and on-site accommodations. It is handicap-accessible and includes wireless internet, according to The Knot. 

WeddingWire.com says  weddings at the Westin  Downtown Cleveland include Hepp stainless steel flatware and Villeroy and Boch china, cake cutting and serving, elegant banquet chairs, swirl -op banquet round tables, house centerpieces and votive candle accents, a portable dance floor, a one-hour rehearsal the evening before the wedding and a champagne toast for the bride and groom.

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
