One of Cleveland’s hottest newest venues, The Madison, is a restored warehouse that hosts events of every caliber. Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000-square-foot space sat empty for years before owners Chris and Brooke Jespersen purchased it in 2017. In 2018, they reopened it as The Madison, a customizable event venue with myriad options to fit every couple’s needs.
The Madison’s main space is 11,000 square feet of open space that seats up to 500 people and features open layouts, white brick walls, natural light and 20-foot ceilings. The room also includes over 40 modern, tracked and dimmable lights and four electrical outlets on every beam.
The Foundry Room, on the other hand, is 4,000 square feet and can seat up to 300 guests. It includes a 24-foot bar (The Madison has an on-site liquor license and customizable bar packages.). It also features a private, separate entrance and easy access to the outdoor patio.
The outdoor patio is 2,000 square feet and accommodates 150 seated guests. It is a private, open-air courtyard with bistro lights and is often used for ceremonies or cocktail hours.
Additionally, The Madison offers two private lounges that can be used for getting ready. These suites include furniture, large windows and natural light, which is perfect for photos while you prepare for your event.
And what Sound Precision Entertainment likes most about this venue is its vendor amenities, which include two full-size loading docks for easy setup and teardown, a separate entrance/exit and a private bathroom and storage area.
The venue also includes a connected parking lot with 30 spaces and ADA-accessible restroom facilities. Street parking is available around Payne Avenue and East 47th Street. You may also host valet service.
Every standard event rental includes banquet seating and cocktail tables and chairs for 300, 100 feet of 16’ white pipe and drape and 20 repositionable color-changing uplights. Couples may use the caterer of their choice. Every beverage package includes washes/mixers, fruit garnishes, ice, water and beverage napkins.
