Located 20 minutes east of Cleveland on the beautiful grounds of StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights, The Venue at StoneWater features stunning indoor and outdoor spaces to host your wedding.

The StoneWater Clubhouse features vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a 30-foot stone fireplace that creates a romantic and elegant atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in the natural light while providing a view of the landscaped grounds. Designed by the award-winning Hurzdan & Fry design team, the course sits on more than 180 acres of gorgeous greenery and features sandstone and water accents, including wetlands, lakes, streams and running waterfalls. The veranda offers panoramic views of the fairways, and, for outdoor weddings, a covered patio seats up to 100 guests.

The Venue at StoneWater provides in-house professionals to help plan and execute your wedding. Its event planning and production services include catering packages and menu customization; wedding cake selection; hotel block coordination; rehearsal dinner arrangements; bridal suite and wedding party logistics; room setup and layout; specialty event furniture, linen, and tableware procurement; floral, centerpiece and favor design; and vendor coordination. StoneWater also offers day-of itinerary and concierge services. Full-service on-site catering options include sit-down plated meals, buffet-style meals or family-style meals. The venue also offers a top-shelf bar with an extensive selection of beers and wines.

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
