T<\/span>here\u2019s no doubt that we\u2019ll all remember 2022 as the year of the huge post-pandemic wedding boom! So, what does that mean for weddings in 2023? After so many weddings in a short period of time we believe we\u2019re about to see the biggest shift in wedding trends in decades! 2023 wedding trends are going to be all about re-inventing the whole wedding experience! Things are going to be bigger, better, and more lavish for couples and their families.<\/p>\n

Bold Color Palettes<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s no need to shy away from color! Think bright, bold and energetic! If minimalism is not your thing, embrace it fully and include vibrant hues, bright metallic accents, eye-catching patterns, bright and bold decor lighting. Color is back to making a statement. What is your wedding colors telling your family and friends about your big day?<\/p>\n

White Wedding Dress... Maybe Not<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who says that your wedding dress needs to be white?! We\u2019re seeing a varied collection of wedding dresses at the weddings we've been performing at. From off-white, champagne, pops of light pink under tulling, or just different bold colors and styles, it's clear Brides are making new rules for attire in 2023. So, if you have your eye on something bold and different, have it. The world is your oyster.<\/p>\n

Shades That Compliment, Not Match<\/strong><\/p>\n

While you may want to keep your wedding party\u2019s attire within a certain color family and tone, feel free to use complimented prints and colors such as florals, polka dots, etc. And, the style of dress can vary as well, ensuring that everyone has a dress that fits them well and are comfortable in! Different styles and patterns promote individuality while still looking their best on your wedding day. Studies show when people look and feel good they are twice as likely to have a great time, and dance the night away.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Weddings<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s no doubt that the wedding industry can create a lot of waste, there are lots of ways to embrace sustainability at your wedding! A few trends we\u2019re seeing are: second hand wedding attire or decor, using recycled paper and cardboard options to replace live and silk florals and doing away with wedding favors all together or switching to eco-friendly options.<\/p>\n

Another trend we\u2019re seeing, and believe will continue, is providing multiple wedding experiences for your guests over the course of the entire reception celebration! Think amazing DJ\u2019s with over-the-top light shows and accompanying cold sparks, dancing on the clouds, Co2 blast guns, and more! This is one time in your life not to be modest. Have fun, show off a little.... You deserve it!<\/p>\n
