The\u00a0Ariel Pearl Center<\/a>\u00a0is a relatively new event center located at the intersection of Pearl and Broadview roads in historic Old Brooklyn.<\/span><\/p>\n Opened in 2017, the beautiful venue is located\u00a0in the former Pearl Street Savings and Trust Bank, a historic building built in 1923. It was designed by Hubbell & Benes, famous architects who also worked on the Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market, City Club of Cleveland and the Masonic Temple and Performing Arts Center. Pearl Street Savings merged with the Cleveland Trust Co. in 1929 and was home to U.S. Bank until 2011, when the building became vacant.<\/span><\/p>\n Now home to this unique event center, the building\u2019s newly renovated first floor features marble columns and floors, antique bank vaults, unique stone walls, large arched windows and decorative plasterwork. It is a designated city landmark.<\/span><\/p>\n The Ariel Pearl Center\u2019s Grand Hall, which includes the rotunda and vault, seats about 200 people with a dance floor and 250 people without the dance floor. The rental fee also includes a cocktail\/ceremony room and a fireplace room.<\/span><\/p>\n The Ariel Pearl Center is a multi-story building with plans for apartments on the second and third floors. It is owned by\u00a0Ariel Ventures, LLC,<\/a>which provides finance, tax, IT and business advisory services to renewable energy, real estate, small business, international business, and economic development projects. The company also owns and operates the\u00a0Ariel International Center<\/a>,<\/span><\/p>\n
