Sound Precision Entertainment visits Springvale Ballroom dozens of times a year, and we are continually impressed with what this venue has to offer.
Located in North Olmsted next to its beautiful 18-hole public golf course, Springvale hosts showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions and photo opportunities both inside its ballroom facilities and out on the green.

With expansive windows showing breathtaking views of the landscaped lawns and beautiful sky, Springvale Ballroom is perfect for an indoor wedding with an outdoor feel. One of the oldest venues in Ohio, it features historic woodwork dating to 1923, hardwood floors and gorgeous chandeliers. In addition, the large stone fireplace creates a warm atmosphere with a touch of sophistication. With seating for up to 320 guests, this venue is easily enhanced with the decor of your choice.
Wedding packages include a buffet dinner with choice of entree, pasta, potato; and vegetable; garden salad; bread and butter; standard liquors, beer, wine, and wash for four hours; coffee station; and champagne for the bridal party.

The experienced and professional staff provide comprehensive wedding services with customizable packages for every budget. Wedding packages include table, chair and linen rental, as well as cake knives, champagne flutes and table numbers. Springvale also will set up all decorations, centerpieces and favors and hold them for up to a week after the event so there is no need to clean up at the end of your special night!

Do I get to meet my DJ?

Of Course! This is your big day, we want you to be comfortable and able to build a rapport with your DJ. We encourage open communication between us and our clients. We can set-up face to face meetings, video calls, and teleconferences.

How do I secure my date?

We ask that when you are ready to book, you give us a signed contract and a $800 deposit. The initial deposit comes off the final balance. After that, you are locked in to your date. Payment plans are available, but we do not require the final balance until a week before your wedding.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices you see include tax, set-up & tear-down, and travel to most places. When paying with credit card there is a 3.8% convenience fee. No fees when paying by check or cash.

Do you work with other vendors?

Yes! While we have partnerships with vendors, we do not require you use them exclusively. You can always book us independently and we’ll ensure that all vendors are on the same page throughout the entire planning process and evening.
