The Ballroom at Park Lane is an enchanting venue located in Cleveland’s University Circle.
Originally a hotel and speakeasy for 1920s Cleveland elite, the location then became a concert hall in the 1960s that hosted folk legends Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie.
Now an event venue, the Ballroom at Park Lane combines nearly a century of history with a modern twist.
The venue has three spaces: The Ballroom, The Speakeasy and The Courtyard. The Ballroom features a wraparound balcony, stage, vintage booth seating and refined table decor. The Speakeasy, on the other hand, has marble floors, spiral staircases and skyward columns. Finally, the Courtyard, is perfect for photo ops and cocktail hour.
The Ballroom at Park Lane also offers several different packages. A full-venue rental includes the Ballroom, Speakeasy, Courtyard, tables, gold Chiavari chairs, ivory linen, serviceware, parking, security and complimentary use of bridal suite. This option starts at $3,500 with 185 maximum guests. The Speakeasy option includes the Speakeasy, tables, gold Chiavari chairs, ivory linen, serviceware, parking and security. This option starts at $1,800 with a maximum 50 guests seated and 185 standing. Additional options include a valet for $300 to $450, courtyard space for $300, ceremony only for $1,200 and photos only for $275 for two hours.
The Ballroom at Park Lane partners with Driftwood Catering, Marigold Catering and Spice Catering Co. for five-star menu options. It also partners with the nearby Courtyard Marriott for reduced room rates and room blocks.
